Another upside-down house with principal living rooms on the first floor overlooking superb views of the marshes and Mersea Island. Sadly it was demolished in 2015 by the current owners who chose that rather than underpinning after near-by trees had not been managed properly by earlier owners ( a Pop Group!). A lovely house – a great shame.
